How does the production process work?
Other than for ongoing testing and sampling needs, ORCCO manufactures products on demand and does not maintain an inventory of products. We also maintain raw materials based on existing and projected needs. Purchase orders from our customers trigger raw materials placement and then are entered into the production calendar, and everything is allocated from packaging to labor requirements. ORCCO's customized ERP system tracks the flow of every order to ensure the fastest and most accurate production as possible.Once the production process is complete, the delivery of the products is arranged based on the customer's requirements.

Does ORCCO send samples for testing in a laboratory?
All of core product is absolutely! For safety and certification, we maintain close relationships with test labs in China like SGS and TUV. This allows us to supplement our internal test data with outside professional testing resources as well.
How does ORCCO do final QC?
Again,ORCCO uses industry-standard QC protocols for QC. 1st finished products coming off the line are inspected based on product specification and functional ability. Any corrective action that needs to take place is performed. As the production is producing, they are checked for quality and production status along with the monitoring of any corrective action. Packing does not begin until there is a check of all labeling and packing methods prior to beginning the final process. These elements are the basics for a final QC.
ORCCO customers can received the final QC inspection report before shipment for free to make sure the quality.
How does the factory do the in-process QC?
Before big production, ORCCO would make a first article and inspect the spec, quality ,package and do the drop test.
ORCCO uses industry-standard IPQC(in-process quality control) processes base on first article. These are checks that are carried out before the manufacturing process is completed. The function of in-process controls is monitoring and if necessary adaption of the manufacturing process in order to comply with the specifications.
How does the factory control the incoming components?
ORCCO use standard Incoming Quality Control (IQC) as the process of controlling the quality of materials and parts for manufacturing a product before production begins. With incoming inspection, ORCCO controls quality even before conducting a first article inspection or during production inspection. All main components are requested to inspect.
What is the standard packaging? Can I have packaging of my own?
Most of ORCCO’s products are packaged in Brown Boxes. K=K ISTA 1A standard. We also provide carton which meets ISTA 3A standard for online sale customer. Following packaging for certain products:Brown Box, PE bag with warning banners of nice countries' languages,Desiccants, fabric labels, hanging cards, sticker labels, UPC code stickers,and blister hardware. Besides, customized packaging is also available. We havea professional design team to create the packaging and support materials youneed to be a leader as you market and sell our products. We work closely withour customers to understand and create designs according to their specificrequirements.
Will the English installation manual include in the packaging? Is a customized manual available?
Yes, each individual packaging contains English installation manual. The customized manual is also available with an MOQ of 500 pieces.
What about duty, VAT or customs on samples?
It is the responsibility of the importer to cover costs associated with the import of goods. Therefore, ORCCO cannot address these costs.
How are samples shipped?
Deliver the sample by air and by sea is the common deliver method. If you are already purchasing from ORCCO and have orders in process, samples can be shipped along with your standard products. Contact us for details.
Do I have to pay for samples?
Depending on the item, for a new OEM model, the sample fee is the double unit price. For Orcco’s standard model, the sample fee is a general unit price. Contact your ORCCO Representative for assistance.
What is the lead time for samples and normal order?
The sample lead time for most standard products is within 2 weeks. Production normal order is available approximately 30-45 days after the receipt of the order. Full production orders can vary, please contact us for specific product lead times.

2D, 3D, and 4D are an example of some nifty jargon that you see in the Ergonomic Office Chair world but it is often not explained which makes the constant reference to it quite unhelpful.
It simply refers to the number of dimensions the armrest can be adjusted. As a general rule of thumb, provided the build quality is good, the greater the adjustability the better.
So when we are looking at a 4D armrest, the adjustments which will be available are height,pivot or rotation inwards or outwards, an adjustment in or out from the body(to increase or decrease the width), and forward and back. If you are looking for a chair with 4D capability then the Hero is ideal.
In our view,most users will get more than enough performance for their needs from a 3Darmrest, as the forward and back adjustment in our opinion is of limited appealto most, provided that the chair is otherwise set up well. The Hi chair is anexcellent example of a chair with brilliant 3D armrests.

How long will it take for my product to reach me after ORCCO ships my goods?
Normally,the time it takes to ship from China to the United States may vary slightly depending on the destination port. West coast cities such as Los Angeles,Oakland, and Portland have an approximate lead time of 20 days. East coast cities such as Miami, Jacksonville, Baltimore and New Jersey have lead times of approximately 30 days. It's doesn't happen often, but there may be a scenario where there's an issue with a container ship after it has left the port of origin. In a cumbersome situation such as this, another 10 – 15 days may need to be added to the lead time. NOTE: It is in these cases that a freight forwarder can be quite helpful.
Does ORCCO ship less than a container of products?
Yes,ORCCO ships both FCL and LCL for our customers. These are the two basic options given when importing products from overseas. Your official quote will contain information on the number of units required to fill most container sizes.However, the general rule of thumb is that if you purchase about 10 or more pallets of product, FCL (Full Container Load) is the best choice. FCL is the most cost-effective container choice and is calculated by the cost per volume metric and unit weight. Full containers come in 20 ft, 40 ft, and 40 ft high(HC or HQ) variations. For businesses importing smaller volumes of goods, LCL(Less than Container Load) is the alternative solution. LCL is shared container freight where several buyers store their goods in a single container. Although LCL is a great option for the smallest businesses, the downside is the cost is higher per volumetric. There are normally other fees associated with shipping LCL and ORCCO can help you understand the process should you be shipping LCL.

Can ORCCO assist me in importing the product into my country?
There are a few options for you when it comes to shipping products from ORCCO (China)to your facility:
1.Work with a Freight Forwarder
This is the most convenient option for companies that purchase from ORCCO. Companies also tend to prefer the idea of working with a freight forwarder that's based on their home turf for extra peace of mind, more transparency, and faster communication. Using a freight forwarder may increase your overall cost when importing products into your locations.
2·FOB (Freight on Board)
This is the most popular method for importers/buyers of ORCCO. We are responsible for transporting goods from their place of origin and having the goods loaded onto the vessel at the container port. Once loaded onto the China shipping container, the risk of loss or damage transfers from ORCCO to the importer/buyer. From this point on, the importer is responsible for all insurance and transportation costs. It will also be the importer's responsibility to ensure goods clear customs. This method is known to be one of the cheapest ways to ship from China to the USA.
What happens if materials don't arrive?

CFR: Cost and Freight
Cost and Freight are paid at the named port of destination. The seller pays for the carriage of the goods up to the named port of destination. Risk transfers to buyer when the goods have been loaded on board the vessel in the country of Export.
CIF: Cost, Insurance, and Freight.
This refers to an Incoterm meaning the buyer assumes all risk once the goods are onboard the vessel for the main carriage but does not assume costs until the freight arrives at the named port of destination. CIF applies to ocean or inland waterway transport only. It is commonly used for bulk cargo, oversized or overweight shipments.
CIP: Carriage and Insurance Paid To
Carriage and Insurance Paid To (CIP) is when a seller pays freight and insurance to deliver goods to a seller-appointed party at an agreed-upon location.
CPT (Carriage Paid To)
Ina CPT transaction the seller delivers the goods to a carrier or to another person nominated by the seller, at a place mutually agreed upon by the buyer and seller, and that the seller pays the freight charges to transport the goods to the specified destination.
DAP (Delivered at Place)
Delivered at Place means the seller delivers, when the goods are placed at the disposal of the buyer, on the arriving means of transport, ready for unloading at the named place of destination. The seller assumes all risks involved in bringing the goods to the named place.
DAT (Delivered at Terminal)
New Term - May be used for all transport modes. Seller delivers when the goods,once unloaded from the arriving means of transport, are placed at the disposal of the buyer at a named terminal at the named port or place of destination.
DDP (Delivered Duty Paid)
Delivered duty paid means that the seller fulfils his obligation to deliver when the goods have been made available at the named place in the country of importation. The seller must bear the risks and costs, including duties, taxes and other charges of delivering the goods thereto, cleared for importation.
EXW (Ex Works)
This term places the maximum obligation on the buyer and minimum obligations on the seller. The Ex Works term is often used when making an initial quotation for the sale of goods without any costs included. EXW means that a buyer incurs the risks for bringing the goods to their final destination.
FOB (Free on Board)
Free on Board means that the seller fulfils his obligation to deliver when the goods have passed over the ship's rail at the named port of shipment. This means that the buyer has to bear all costs and risks of loss of or damage to the goods from that point.
